I love using felt tip pens. I love writing and doodling with them. My very favorite felt tip pens are the Paper Mate Flair. I think part of it is the little hearts that Paper Mate has incorporated into their logo and etched onto the clips of the pens. I go through boxes of these.
I like the idea of having special tools for your work. I know that makes me very type A, but what can I say? I am what I am. The idea of grabbing any ol’ pen to write with just bums me out.
This is a very difficult subject to write about without sounding like an advertisement or a total nut job.
I love the slight drag of a felt tip pen on paper. I love having a cup full of just one kind of pen, all uniform just waiting for me to grab one. If that makes me crazy, then I don’t wanna be sane.
