As a child of the 80’s I think I will always have a place in my heart for Strawberry themed anything.
Of course I loved the Strawberry Shortcake Dolls, but I also loved strawberry scented scratch and sniff stickers. I was a huge Hello Kitty fan and many of those items had a sort of plasticky strawberry smell. I love strawberry themed fabric. Over the years I have bought more than a few yards of it, but I can hardly ever get myself to cut into it.
I really love the real deal too. I will always pick a strawberry over any other fruit. My kids are huge fans of honeydew melon, blueberries, and pineapple, all fruits I couldn’t care less about. Give me a bowl of beautiful bright red and shiny strawberries and I am happy as can be.
