Try this for a not so deep dark secret: I love the show Remington Steele.

It’s got an amazing lead female character, Laura Holt. She’s smart and sassy. She also yells a lot, but who wouldn’t when you are being overlooked for a fictional male boss.
We all know that Pierce Brosnan is easy on the eyes, he’s decidedly masculine, but I also love his character on Remington Steele. He’s not terribly great at putting together facts, but he loves old movies and can follow Laura’s lead.
This is just a very fun silly sort of show that I believe still holds up today. The later seasons lost a bit of the sparkle of the first three seasons, but no one is perfect. The show really hit its stride in the second season when Mildred Krebs is introduced, she’s as great as Laura Holt and Remington Steele, and I think she deserves her very own painting.
