My first engagement ring had a picture of Elvis, but it broke. Brett and I bought each other new engagement rings. I think they were each $5? They both had an image with Frankenberry’s face on it. I liked it because it was pink and silly, Brett liked it because he is sweet. When it came time to get married, I found two Frankenberry head nodder toys for the top of our wedding cake. In keeping with my anniversary, and the fact that I still love Frankenberry and the added joy of remembering my wedding day, I did this painting today.
