I spent the afternoon listening to the band Gossip and had such a good time doing so. I love this lady’s voice something fierce. I also love her body positive activism.

I love that Beth Ditto is unapologetic in living her life in a bold and boisterous way.
The best part about this painting was that my oldest daughter and I spent the afternoon watching music videos and talking about them. She has been listening to Gossip and Beth Ditto non-stop since then, and I think that’s great.
This project has been a great way for me to remember what I love, but to also share it with my kids and other people who may not be as familiar with those things. I am for real spreading the pink glow all around, and that is awesome!
